The extent of Manor Farm, Upper Cheddon, Somerset

The 1888 Ordnance Survey map, overlaid with data from the 1840 tithe map, showing the extend of lands leased by Charles Harper. It is thought that in 1840 the farm was known as 'Upper Cheddon Farm', and was renamed 'Manor Farm' by Charles' son (also Charles), possibly to raise its status.
